1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or playing SlingBurst, a player agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. A player who does not agree should not use the service. The final minimum age and parental-consent language must match the store age rating before release.
2. Game access and accounts
Guest play is permitted, but guest data can be lost if application or browser storage is removed. A player is responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through the account. Information supplied to SlingBurst must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
3. Fair play
Players must not manipulate scores, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with services, reverse engineer protected services, create fraudulent referrals, abuse advertisements, duplicate rewards or use offensive public display names. SlingBurst may exclude ineligible runs, remove harmful names, reverse fraudulent grants or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary.
4. Diamonds, virtual items and rewards
Diamonds, balls, powers, cosmetics and other game items are limited licences for use inside SlingBurst. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be transferred unless SlingBurst expressly permits it, and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchased currency must not expire merely because time passes. Game balance, availability and presentation may change, while legitimately purchased permanent cosmetics will not be arbitrarily removed.
5. Purchases and advertisements
Android purchases will be processed by Google Play under its payment terms. Prices, taxes, refunds and regional availability may vary. SlingBurst will grant paid Diamonds only after a purchase is verified. Rewarded advertisements are optional and grant only the reward shown after Google confirms completion. Google Play refund rules apply to purchases.
6. Public rankings and player names
Eligible competitive results may display a player name, verified score and completion information publicly. Assisted or modified runs may remain local or be labelled as practice. SlingBurst may remove results or names reasonably believed to be manipulated, unsafe or unlawful.
7. Availability and updates
SlingBurst may be updated, repaired or temporarily unavailable. Offline gameplay may continue, while login, cloud restore, referrals, purchasing, advertisements and global rankings require a connection. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve verified account ownership and purchase records.
8. Intellectual property
SlingBurst software, visual identity, original artwork, audio and game content are licensed for personal, non-commercial play. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party platform names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Suspension and deletion
A player may delete an account through the in-app Account screen or follow the public account-deletion instructions. SlingBurst may suspend access for material abuse, fraud, security threats or legal requirements, using proportionate measures where practicable.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlingBurst is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees, privacy rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded. Final liability limits and governing law require legal confirmation for the publisher’s launch country.
